- design, implement and optimize efficient, reusable and reliable build scripts and pipelines using Bazel
- optimize build performance, including remote caching, execution, and fine-tuning of build configurations
- develop new tools / integrate existing tools to make full use of Bazel features
- design, implement, and maintain continuous integration and continuous testing (CI/CT) pipelines using GitLab CI
- automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reliability of software development and deployment processes
- implement and maintain monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system reliability and performance
Das macht dich für uns so besonders:
- degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mechatronics or similar
- strong knowledge of Bazel core concepts like workspaces, BUILD files, rules, targets and advanced features like remote caching and execution
- ability to write custom Bazel rules and toolchains, with Starlark experience
- expertise in managing complex dependencies and build graphs
- experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines and scripting languages like Python or Bash
- experience with Docker and Kubernetes and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP
- very good English knowledge
