in accordance with Art. 6(1)(1)(a), Art. 7, if necessary in conjunction with Art. 9(2)(a), permission to use applicant data in a pool for later job placement to the extent described below.
 
Our company intends to send your personal data to the extent described below also for the purposes of job placement and / or personnel leasing to carefully selected contractual partners (third-party companies). The following of your data are sent to third-party companies:
 
in the case of a job placement: all personal data which you have sent in connection with your application to our company. If placement only occurs at a later date, data on the course of your employment relationship with our company are also sent.
 
In the case of personnel leasing: surname, first name, address, nationality and if applicable information on a work permit, details of previous employment, knowledge and qualifications in addition to proof.
 
The transmission as part of the job placement service is carried out for the purpose of establishing an employment relationship between you and the third company, in particular if there is no suitable job available for you in our company but your job application could be of interest to a third company. Transmission in connection with personnel leasing is carried out for the purpose of being able to deploy you as a temporary worker at third-party companies. We consider it necessary in each case to transmit your data as the third-party company can only obtain an impression of your personal profile and your qualifications through forwarding of your data and only in this way can take a decision as to whether to establish an employment relationship (job placement) with you or to deploy you as a temporary worker (personnel leasing).
 
In addition, our company intends to store your personal data, also in the event of your successful application in our company, in a pool for later job placement, for a period of 4 years from receipt of your application. This is done for the purpose of also possibly placing you with a third-party company at a later date - also during the existence of an employment relationship between you and us; this in particular insofar as the third-party company justifies its interest to us in immediately establishing an employment relationship with you.
 
Granting of consent in each specified case is voluntary. Provision of the aforementioned data is not legally nor contractually prescribed, but necessary for purposes of job placement and / or personnel leasing. Each instance of consent can be refused without giving reasons and without having to fear disadvantages. Likewise, each instance of consent can be revoked at any time with effect for the future; the data are then no longer transmitted to third-party companies or are deleted from our pool in accordance with our deletion periods. By revoking the consent, the lawfulness of processing of your data carried out on the basis of the consent up to the revocation is not affected. If consent is not given or is revoked, this may lead to not being able to implement the contract or not as foreseen or not to the full extent. Every instance of consent can be informally revoked with our company.

With regard to the personal data concerning your person, you have a right to information, to correct incorrect data, to delete it, to restrict processing and a right to data portability. In addition, you have a right to complain to a supervisory authority if you are of the opinion that processing of data concerning you infringes the GDPR.

I consent to my personal data being transmitted to third companies exclusively for the purposes and within the scope described so that I can be deployed as a temporary employee within the framework of temporary employment.
I consent to my personal data being transferred to third-party companies exclusively for the purposes and to the extent described, so that the company can establish an employment relationship between me and the third-party company (job placement).
I consent to my personal data being stored in a pool exclusively for the purposes described and to the extent described, so that they transmitted at a later date to third-party companies to establish an employment relationship.
 
If my application contains a photograph and from this indications concerning my ethnic origin, religion or health (e.g. skin colour, head covering, glasses, contact lenses) result, the consent also refers to this information.
